Almost got me

4 cups isn't that much honestly. just stop after 12pm. you'll keep the morning ritual and your sleep will fix itself in like a week. quitting entirely is overkill

Good point

you don't need coffee. you need to be awake. those are different things. coffee just stops you from feeling how tired you already are. cut it for 2 weeks and you'll know exactly how broken your sleep is.

fwiw i quit for 3 months and the only thing that changed was i was poorer in feelings and the same amount of tired. some people just like coffee. you might be one of them
