1. What this site is

You post a belief or a decision and other people try to change your mind in the comments. It's entertainment. Nothing on this site is professional advice, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Don't make life choices based on a stranger's vote.

2. What you can't do

Don't post or comment with content that:

• Targets or harasses a specific private person
• Contains slurs, hate speech, or threats
• Is sexually explicit, sexually involves minors in any way, or promotes self-harm
• Is illegal where you live or where this service is hosted
• Is spam, promotion, recruitment, or scams
• Doxes, impersonates, or identifies a real person without consent
• Tries to disrupt, attack, or scrape the service

3. We can remove anything

We reserve the right to remove any prompt, argument, or vote at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and with or without a stated reason. That includes content that breaks Section 2, content that's offensive in spirit even if it slips past automated checks, and content we just don't want hosted here. There is no appeal process and no obligation on our part to host anything you submit.

4. Your content, your responsibility

You're responsible for what you submit. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share it, that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights, and that you're OK with it appearing publicly on ConvinceMe.now next to arguments from strangers.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and distribute your submission as needed to run the site. You can withdraw this license by asking us to remove your content (see Privacy, "Removal").

5. Creator powers

As the creator of a prompt you can react to arguments, set your mind status, hide arguments from the public page, and close the prompt. You can't edit other people's words. We don't pretend the creator's reactions are objective. They're a vibe check.

6. No warranty, no liability

ConvinceMe.now is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or anything else. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use ConvinceMe.now after a change means you accept the new terms.
